Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing PRHub.in, browsing releases, submitting content, or registering as a media user, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Service description

PRHub.in is a press release wire and media resource desk. We aggregate, categorize, and display press releases from government sources, brands, agencies, and verified submitters. Curation and verification labels indicate editorial review status but do not constitute legal certification of facts.

Published releases remain on the live wire for thirty (30) days from their publication date. Thereafter, they are automatically backed up to the PRHub.in Archives, organised month-wise and date-wise. Archived material remains available to registered media users for editorial reference but is no longer shown on the main wire desk.

3. Media desk access & registration

For the first two months following our official launch, the wire desk may be accessed without registration. Thereafter, browsing and use of the media wire is restricted to registered journalists and media professionals only.

Registration requires your name, work email, and the media house where you are employed. Employed journalists must register with a company or media house email address (not personal webmail providers) to receive free wire access. Freelance journalists may register with any valid email and must attach at least two published story links from an authenticated news source (newspaper, magazine, news agency, broadcast newsroom, or e-paper / print archive). Membership is activated only after we verify those articles and the byline. Social posts, personal blogs, and random websites are not accepted.

4. Submissions & content standards

Submitters warrant that they have authority to distribute submitted material and that content is accurate to the best of their knowledge. You must not submit false, misleading, defamatory, plagiarized, or unlawful material. PRHub.in reserves the right to reject, edit metadata for, or remove any submission that violates these standards or applicable law.

5. Embargoes & restrictions

Embargo dates and usage restrictions displayed on a release must be honoured by all users. Publishing, syndicating, or quoting embargoed material before the stated embargo time is strictly prohibited. PRHub.in is not liable for downstream misuse by third parties, but may suspend accounts that breach embargo or restriction notices.

6. Content authenticity & editorial disclaimer

Aggregation & non-verification

PRHub.in aggregates and publishes press releases, statements, and communications submitted or released by governmental bodies, institutions, organizations, and individuals across India. During this initial phase, content published on PRHub.in is curated from various net sources and third-party submissions without independent verification or fact-checking by our team.

Media desk usage

This platform serves solely as an information resource for media professionals, editors, and journalists. Media users are required to independently verify all claims, facts, and statements before reproducing, broadcasting, or publishing any information obtained from this website.

No warranty or endorsement

PRHub.in does not vouch for, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of any press release or statement hosted on the platform.

7. Content moderation & takedown policy

We are committed to maintaining a responsible platform. If you identify any content hosted on PRHub.in that contains:

  • inaccurate, false, or misleading statements, or
  • offending, defamatory, tasteless, or unacceptable remarks targeting any community, institution, group, or individual,

please contact our administration team immediately at desk@prhub.in with the details and link to the release. Upon review, PRHub.in will promptly evaluate the claim and remove or restrict access to the relevant content.

8. Intellectual property

Press release text, logos, and attachments remain the property of their respective submitters or rights holders. PRHub.in grants news desks and registered journalists a limited licence to view, download, and quote releases in accordance with any stated restrictions. Platform design, branding, and proprietary curation systems remain the property of PRHub.in.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, PRHub.in and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on release content, or service interruptions.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is framed in accordance with applicable Indian data protection law. Contact details submitted through PRHub.in are used for verification, moderation, and service communication. We do not sell personal data.

11. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, repeated submission of unverified or harmful content, embargo breaches, or conduct that undermines trust in the wire service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
